Week 7 Goals

1. In bed by 10:30pm
2. 64 ounces of water/day
3. No desserts
4. 20 minutes of leisure reading/day
5. No gossip!
6. 30 minutes of exercise and try something new in your workout
7. Do something nice for someone
8. Write in journal
9. No television
10. Spend time on your new talent

BONUS GOAL! *** RECYCLE ALL RECYCLABLES AND DO AN ERRAND ON FOOT OR BIKE INSTEAD OF DRIVING!
