Week 5 Goals

Here they are! ***NOTICE A CHANGE!!!****

1. Read a leisure book for 20 minutes
2. 30 minutes of exercise including stretching
3. Clean out an area of your home that hasn't seen light in a while each day. We all have those areas, right? If not- just make sure your entire home is clean before you go to bed.
4. Work on developing a new or dormant talent (playing piano, tennis, cooking, running, sewing, etc.)
5. Listen to 20 minutes of classical music
6. Write in your journal
7. Focus on eating at least 3 servings of vegetables everyday--- I think a serving is 1 cup!
8. 64 ounces of water
9. 1 Vegetarian Meal per day
10.Keep track of your daily caloric intake (you can use the link at the bottom of this web page)

BONUS! ***Make a meal plan for the week- only shop for what you need- and only make meals on your meal plan- Add a point for the week!
