FINAL WEEK!

Hey ladies,

Let's not post our results from week 15 until the end of week 16. Then at the end of week 16 we will post 15 and 16 a the same time.

This week, make your own list of goals by picking any ten goals from weeks past. No goal is off limits AND you can get points for every BONUS goal you do this week. So if you do ten bonus goals, you get 10 points at the end of the week. Good luck and have fun!

Week 15 Goals

Second to last week! I will go ahead and do the three goals this week...

1. Write a poem to someone each day. I know it's a little nerdy but I just saw the movie "Bright Star" last night and it was beautiful and sad and so- since I am coming up with the ideas this week, I say...write a poem! (in your kids lunchbox, to your husband/boyfriend, boss, coworker, friend, neighbor).
2. Clean an area of your kitchen each day that needs help (refrigerator, shelf in pantry, oven, under the oven....yikes.)
3. Do something for you- paint your nails, get your hair cut, read a book. Spend at least 15 minutes today in pamper mode.

BONUS!***Volunteer! For an hour or for a day... volunteer!

Week 14 Goals

Thanks Stephanie- great ideas!

1) Make and post an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE poster. Write something you're grateful for on it each day.
2) Read a health-related article each day. You choose the topics and the source of the info.
3) Journal your daily sugar intake.

Bonus---
Make a dessert you have never made before and donate it ALL to a neighbor or someone you know.

Sorry, JoAnn dropped out of the game and I was waiting on her email to remind me to post then realized she was out. SO, we will take Stephanie's ideas for this new week. Sorry about the delay!

Week 13 goals!

1. Try a new recipe each day (can be something simple!)
2. 10 minutes of quiet alone time each day
3. Stretch for 10 minutes before bed to stay limber

BONUS! Make a plan to get together with adult friends a couple times this month.
Come up with your own 7 and report next Sunday!
