1) Make and post an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE poster. Write something you're grateful for on it each day.
2) Read a health-related article each day. You choose the topics and the source of the info.
3) Journal your daily sugar intake.
Bonus---
Make a dessert you have never made before and donate it ALL to a neighbor or someone you know.
