Week 13 goals!

Thanks Allison!

1. Try a new recipe each day (can be something simple!)
2. 10 minutes of quiet alone time each day
3. Stretch for 10 minutes before bed to stay limber

BONUS! Make a plan to get together with adult friends a couple times this month.
Come up with your own 7 and report next Sunday!

  2. Kim, am I supposed to come up with this week's goals?? Here are my three- and you get full points for each, even though you didn't do them today!
    1) Make and post an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE poster. Write something you're grateful for on it each day.
    2) Read a health-related article each day. You choose the topics and the source of the info.
    3) Journal your daily sugar intake.
