I realized that I needed to be mindful of the Bachelorette watchers this week because apparently tomorrow is the finale so we are saving no TV for week 4. But, this week it's getting a bit more difficult.
1. Donate something everyday (clothing items to Goodwill, baked goods or vegetables from your garden to a neighbor, time donating blood- whatever you can think of to give away (and maybe clean out a closet in the meantime!)
2. Drive the posted speed limit exactly!
3. No desserts
4. Write in your journal
5. 25 consecutive minutes dedicated to exercise
6. Don't let ANY food go to waste (in your fridge, pantry or on- your kids plates!)
7. 64 ounces of water
8. 15 minutes of leisure reading
9. Pay a compliment to a stranger or spouse everyday
10. 10 minutes of stretching
BONUS GOAL- Research a non-profit organization that you currently know nothing about. Write about what you have learned when you post your points next Sunday- one of us may want to get involved in what you have researched!
