A new feature
I added a food database searcher to the bottom of the blog. If you scroll all the way down, you can type in any food and it will come up with the calories/fat grams/sodium/etc. It is a handy little tool and I have been using that to keep all the little secret snacky calories that I eat throughout the day down. Once you see the caloric content, there is also a little area that says how much exercise you have to do to work that off. Hope it is helpful to you!

Sorry!
Sorry about the late posting of goals- we were in the middle of nowhere with a broken down minivan and no internet access. Thanks to Allison for putting the goals together last minute and I TOTALLY agree...the speed limit goal was a hazard! Sorry about that one. Live and learn.
